General questions

Q: May I order products from other countries?

A: Herbalife Nutrition is cooperating with Filuet on a platform (Online Ordering System) that integrates with myherbalife and you can place an order from Cyprus. You can order delivery to Cyprus or collection from the Sales Centre in Cyprus.

Q: Who can place an online order?

A: Only Independent Herbalife Partners can place orders through the Cyprus Online Ordering System.

Q: Can I pay the Annual service payment online?

A: Yes. You can pay the Annual service payment online on the Annual service payment due day or later. The Annual service payment will be automatically added to your shopping basket.

Q: It is a double month day today. May I choose the month of order when making an online order?

A: Yes. The field for choosing the month of order is available in the Basket on any double month day. Please use the pop-up list to choose the month for your order.

Q: What are the advantages of ordering online?

A: Making an order online never was as easy as now!

  • The website is available 24/7.
  • The website is fully compatible with the internal Herbalife ordering system. Therefore, the information about the number of points and availability of products is shown in real-time.
  • No additional registration! To enter the site, use your ID number of the Independent Partner and PIN code.
  • Immediate confirmation of the order and the information of the order status.
  • Detailed catalogue of the products and materials.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Once the money has come to the Company’s bank account, the Company has two business days to arrange the order and pass it over for the delivery. Please note that delivery of the orders placed at the end of the month can be delayed.

Q: What Product Directories (from what countries) can I search at the Cyprus Online Ordering System Website?

A: The Cyprus Online Ordering System Website shows the Product Directory for the country of Cyprus.

Q: How do I add products to my Basket?

A: There are two simple ways to make an order: Product Directory and Order by Series Number.

  • In the Product Directory mark the products that you want to order, specify the amounts and press Add to Basket.
  • Making an order by Series Number, fill in the series number and the amount in the top right corner, then press Add to Basket.

Q: How do I know if the product is available for ordering?

A: If you try to select an unavailable product, you will get a special notification and will not be able to continue ordering. You will have to remove the unavailable product from the basket to continue ordering.

Q: Can I order a ticket to an event at the Baltic Online Ordering System Website?

A: Yes. Tickets available for sale can be found in section «Order event tickets».

ORDER PROCESSING

Q: What is an order processing window?

A: The order processing window is used to confirm that your order is filled or selected correctly.

Q: Can I complete the order without confirming it in the order processing window?

A: No, it is not possible to complete the order without confirming it in the order processing window.

Q: I would like to change the order delivery address. Where can I do it?

A: You can change it at the Delivery page during the order processing.

Q: Will the Basket contents remain if I leave the website or the order page?

A: Yes. The Basket contents will remain. Please note that the availability of the products in your Basket will be re-checked when you come back to the order page. If any product is not available at the warehouse when you return to the order, then you will have to remove it from the Basket by making a tick and renewing the Basket.

Q: What are the order delivery options and what is the price?

A: The following delivery options are available:

  • Door to Door
  • Door to Courier Point
  • Sales Center Limassol (Free Freight)

Q: If I specify another e-mail address in the Notification by e-mail field when placing my order, will it change the e-mail address in my profile?

A: No. The e-mail address in the Notification by e-mail field is used only to notify you about the successful placement of this individual order.

Q: How can I review my previous orders?

A: As soon as you have submitted your order, you can review it in My data and reports section of MyHerbalife.com website, by clicking on My orders. Type in your order number in Search the Order Numbers field and click Forward. The data of the specified order will be shown.

Q: What methods of payment can I use to pay for my online order?

A: You can pay with a bank card only.

Q: What types of bank cards do you accept?

A: You can pay with personal MasterCard, Visa (Classic / Electron), Maestro.

Q: Will I receive a confirmation of the successful order placement?

A: Yes. The confirmation of the successful placement of order will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified.
