What information might be collected by this website?
Filuet may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of information about you such as:

- Third parties, whereby we may receive personal data from various third parties, mainly from Herbalife.

Do you use my personal data for marketing purposes?
We do not use your data for any marketing purposes. You shall not receive from us any direct marketing communications.
With whom does Filuet share my personal information?
The personal information may be shared with:
- its affiliated or associated companies, and licensees of any of these companies;
- service providers working for Filuet, for example, companies that help us develop our website and keep it secure;

Where will my personal information be stored?
Filuet operates in many countries across the world. To enable us to offer consistent service to you, wherever you may be, we manage certain website functions from one central location. This is currently in Cyprus and Germany.
Some of Filuet’s locations are outside Europe. At Filuet we value your privacy and the information you share with us and we take the necessary steps to protect your information when it is transferred to regions within and outside of Europe. In case we need to transfer any data to a Filuet group entity outside the EU we will first ensure that all necessary organisational and technical measures to ensure the safety and privacy of the data are in place.

We only retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we have collected it for, including satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting obligations.
We may retain your information for an extended period in case of any complaint or if we believe there is a reasonable possibility of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
In determining the appropriate retention period, we will consider all relevant parameters of the information collected, including the nature and sensitivity of the personal information, potential risk of harm from any unauthorised use or disclosure, the purposes for which it was collected and whether these can be achieved by other means and the applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
By law, we have to keep basic information about our customers for a period of 7 years after they cease to be our customers for legal and regulatory compliance purposes reasons.
